Sometimes people just stop during a conversation with you suddenly, always wondered what most people reasons for doing this is OTHER than either falling asleep or just suddenly being busy and they forgot about returning to it.

So which of the poll options likely applies for you?

Like they are talking to you, but only replying to your questions and such. you are the one guiding the conversation basically. they aren't asking you any questions about you or really taking an initiative at all. would you also take this as a sign of disinterest on their part?

I know frequent one or two word replies to anything you say might indicate that they don't want to talk to you anymore with out stating it outright. but is that it? or can it be a little longer. like a sentence and it can still mean that? and also no emoji's used in the reply either.
