How much should be saved up for a summer vacation?

Probably around $2000 depending on which city you’re traveling to. One time you did the math for the fountain blue hotel vacation it’s quite expensive. Where do you plan on heading to?

I don’t know where I want to go exactly yet but I’m hoping by the end of May to have it figured out, and yes once a time I do remember mentioning maybe the fountain blue, then I matured and realized I probably shouldn’t spend so much on a resort that’s in an area I’m no even sure I’d like till I actually visit said area.
If I did went to fl I’d stay at a cheaper place and budget the rest to experience the area to see if my infatuation from shows and movies turns into an actual like lol 😂
I feel I’ve matured in my traveling plans which is probably for the better

Figure out what you’re into if its Beaches or mountains or waterfalls and rivers with white rapids or are you interested in some type of a fishing trip analyze it think about it and sleep on it and make a decision and then start taking your money out of your bank account that you got from your stimulus checks and enjoy. Maybe you wanna go to some ranch out west and ride horses all week like in the movie city Slickers you can Google it. I know you’re into the west a lot Since you’re basically a down to earth cowgirl 🤠 or maybe you wanna take a cruise ship out of LA or maybe you wanna fly over to Europe and check out that culture. But you don’t seem that interested in Miami because you said you have matured a lot and didn’t wanna spend that much on the best hotel in Miami Ocean window view and balcony view and a waterfall real fancy pool. But you’ll have to make a decision have a lunch by the Joshua tree and think about it 😊 Why don’t you think about going to Alaska one day that’s where my brother was born? Why don’t you take your mother with you on a vacation she seems to be your best friend 😊

It depends on the length of the vacation, the cost of our lodging and travel, how many will be in your group, whether you will be dining out for all meals, etc.

I don't know. We always went the cheap route for vacations. Go to places in the off season and drive instead of fly. I went to Florida for spring break in the 90s. I drove down and stayed at campgrounds once I got there. I went down with 500 dollars cash and 500 dollars in travellers checks. I still had a little bit of cash left and did not even use the travellers checks.
