Whats your thoughts about boathouses?

There is a boathouse that my next door neighbor owns. It is old and dilapidated but if I ever won a big lottery score I would buy it from him and knock it down and rebuild it.
It would be an awesome place to live and it would be cool to tie my boat right up to it.

They’re cool, would never want to own one though. Anything that goes in the water is never ending problems and expenses
