What do you think of the BOXABL houses?

It's a company that makes houses that recently collabed with Elon musk a few years ago, not only is there options on solar power but it's basically a modern house that can go for as low as 10k according to what people are saying and if you visit their website you can invest and I think you pre order a house as well, they kinda compare it to giant Legos the way it's so easy to set up, they say it can be set up and ready to live in within an hour, has good insulation so it can keep heat in and cold out and cold in and heat out, has good durability and according to them has durability for hurricanes and storms as well, the only issue they are currently dealing with right now is not having the manpower to keep up with the orders so they are pretty delayed on orders, this gives me an idea since I'm a family person, I think of buying a decent piece of land somewhere more affordable than where im at currently and buy a few of these and basically make a little neighborhood on that land with a few of these houses with all my family placed in these homes. 🤠

The idea is good, but BOXABL itself has quality problems and worse, is not a very ethical company. There are better positioned competitors, I would assume.

I remember reading about this a couple years. ago when I was in the hospital. If memory serves. It didn't really answer about water and plumbing. I also read that Elon lives in one on his company's land. I did look into this a bit.
