How should I contact a plastic surgery clinic if they aren’t replying to my emails? (Best answer gets MHO)?

They were nice and kept up with responses until I asked if they could fill out a form and be a guarantor so I could go to Japan to get my procedures (this time was when Japan was closed). They said sorry they cannot but I responded with “that’s okay I understand”. Here on after I asked a question and they didn’t respond in a month and then recently since Japan has opened I wanted to finally go. I asked to book an appointment and they haven’t replied in days. Should I fly to Japan and go to the clinic in person? What if I go there and there’s no room for consultation and procedure (fully booked)? Do they think I’m doing something illegal hence why they stopped responding? Should I do the procedures in Korea instead?

Why do you have to leave your country to get your procedures? I am in Japan and we have good clinics, but some people say that the ones in South Korea are better. I know that Korean women have more plastic surgery than we do. Japan is opening back up for travel again, so you should be able to visit soon.
