I'm looking to fly from Harlingen, TX to Minneapolis. But it's $250. Not sure if it's worth it?

No — $250 is very cheap for that trip…

Arfare depends on a few things: how far in advance from the departure date you book a flight, if you’re flying during a high demand/holiday time period, what day of the week you’re departing and how long you’ll be staying overnight and returning, where you’re flying from/to, how many en route flight stops you’re willing to do, etc.
