A game of Crusader Kings 2. The recommended start for a first game is in Ireland, which is slower and more small-scale, with no large enemies immediately gunning for you. I did that and wound up unifying the country, but not before intermarrying with a few Swedish princesses. A few assassinations later, when king Liam of Ireland died, he was succeeded by king Liam of Ireland and Sweden (the popup of "King Liam I is dead! Long live king Liam I!" was confusing, though).
As nice as it was to have two kingdoms to manage, and to start snatching up isolated Norwegian counties for the glory of Ireland, the defining moment came when Liam's first son was born. When a child is born, the game asks you to name them, giving a prompt, based on the culture (s) of the parents, and this time, it suggested "Borkvard".
I'm not going to lie to you; I was tempted to stop playing right there and then. I mean, it was clearly the best it could get; how on Earth do you top "Borkvard"? Well, I found out an in-game generation later, when he died and was succeeded by Borkvard Borkvardsson.
