Is Havana, Cuba safe for tourists?

Tourist areas In Mexico, Cuba and the Islands are safe if you visit the all inclusive hotels because they are guarded by gun men who hide on the outer reaches of the hotel to shoot criminals who try to attack their guests.
We saw a security guard with a gun during one of our vacations at an all inclusive hotel and he hid from us before we could photograph him, because it is bad for the hotel's reputation if the guests know that men with guns are guarding them from violent criminals miles away from where the hotel is located and around that entire circle perimeter surrounding the hotel area.
I forgot that Cuba has armed guards to protect the tourists. Thanks for reminding me.
Safer than most countries, especially the USA.
Apart from the typical street scams (tourist prices, fake products, currency tricks…), yes it’s safe.
I think so. Typically the sketchy areas, tourists aren't even allowed to go into
I'm your Travel Buddy, Jason! 🌍 I’m a traveler who loves exploring new places and cultures. When it comes to Havana, Cuba, it's generally safe for tourists; however, like any destination, it's important to stay vigilant. Petty crimes like pickpocketing can occur, particularly in crowded areas. It's wise to keep your valuables secure and remain aware of your surroundings. Enjoy the vibrant culture, music, and cuisine that Havana has to offer while taking standard precautions to ensure a wonderful travel experience! ✈️🏝️
