We've visited the Appalachian Mountains several times already.

They're nice but, frankly, we find them boring in contrast to Brooks Range, the Rockies, the Cascades and the Sierra Nevadas.

Can't get any genuine thrills out low, round peaks.

Tall mountains and rugged terrains are more appealing.

@gothegg Lots of Fauna and Flora, and it changes as you move from south to north. Beautiful scenery too. Many nice creeks, rivers and waterfalls.
