It was the fault of the attackers, in both cases, of course.

He was arrested the next day, 5th July, over three weeks ago.
The woman was pretty much doing what she pretended she wasn't at the beginning of the clip, though. She seemed disappointed they didn't get attacked in the first part. Do you really believe she didn't know there was going to be an anti-Trump rally, or at least not notice one was going on?

I'm sorry but you don't go wearing a trump hat and not expecting a reaction it's like wearing a green bay packers shirt in Chicago you are just asking for trouble. Sure it is clearly the fault of the person attacking you but you don't go into a black neighborhood with racial slurs on a t-shirt and expect to be safe, you have to expect some of this stuff
The only person that's at fault is the person breaking the law (assaulting others).
People act DISGUSTING when politics come into play.
Whether it's MAGA supporters being attacked, people at Trump rallies being attacked, or any other person-you should never be touched or attacked for your political beliefs. It's not that deep.
Um... While it isn't the best idea to wear a magazine hat to a Trump protest... That is NOT her fault. At all. Good graces, people should be able to control themselves! This makes me sad at what the left has begun acting like! 😞

In the US people have the right to free speech. People also have the right to listen (or view) the free speech of another.
We also have the right to pursue (keyword) our own happiness.
We do not have the right to physically assault another person because we disagree with their free speech.
By denying a person their right to speak, they are going against a founding principal of this nation.
By denying another person the right to pursue their own happiness, they are denying another founding principal of the nation.
I find it ironic, that these same people will cry out that they have a right to free speech, and a right to happiness (not the right to pursue), when things do not go their way.
I don't like people burning the flag, or taking a knee during the anthem. But, the supreme court said flag burning is freedom of speech. Taking a knee is not illegal. I don't agree with it. But, I fought for their right to do so. I did not fight so others could physically assault others for exercising their rights.
Don't like it? Want to abuse others? You're free to Leave.I voted B earlier, and I don't really have an opinion on the situation, beyond that. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, as long as they are not actively trying to incite hate violence. And, if you check the facts, those who are against Trump are guilty of a larger percentage of the violence. I'm not for or against Trump. I don't vote for people, I vote for the policies and views they stand for, and opinions can change. Trump never actually expected to win. He ran as a gag, and when he saw how much of impact he could make, he started taking it seriously. I didn't vote for him, but like it or not, he IS actually doing some really good things for this country.
Fuck no. It’s a free goddam country where what you want.
Frankly I am a conservative politically and I do support Trump and I think that maybe it’s time to stop showing restraint. Maybe the next fag wearing a Che Guevara shirt or some other commie shit should get his ass kicked.
I’m so sick of these fucking turds. Don’t like Trump, fine. Assault me cause I wear the hat and I will beat you so bad Jesus himself will weep for you and I hope he will have mercy on you cause I won’t.
These motherfuckers are bolsehveks and Nazis. They were known for physically attacking their opponents.
I praise the American conservative for showing such tremendous restraint thus far, but enough is enough. Maybe, just maybe it’s time to fuck some people up for wearing clothes and hats that support leftist faggot ideology. In the eyes of the Law, Anyone who makes the decision to physically assault a person for whatever reason ( with the exception of self-defense) is going to be held accountable for their actions and possibly prosecuted later in a court of law. This is not that hard to understand if reason and accountability are a part of your daily practices.
A person has the right to wear whatever clothing he/she wants as long as it's legal. There is nothing wrong with wearing an MAGA hat. It's like wearing a sports hat with your favorite team logo. If someone doesn't like it, that's their problem. And physically attacking the person wearing an MAGA hat is assault and punishable.
I'm not sure how this is even a question. If you walk down the road with a million dollars in a see through briefcase, would you be blamed for being robbed? If you're a hot girl walking down the road and your raped, is that your fault? Because those are equivalent situations to me.
It's the attackers fault, it's so friggin stupid. Just because someone doesn't agree with your opinion doesn't mean its wrong or someone should be beaten up for it. Now, I'm not a fan of Trump myself but this is absolutely pathetic.
I watched most of the video (1) but didn't hear it. But, I don't know why her boyfriend/husband didn't grab the person who threw the drink. He's a big guy. And how would the guy with the pink hat like it if someone pulled it off his head? I wouldn't recommend doing that (especially with a cop there). It would just lead to a fight.
What do these idiots think they're accomplishing by doing that? It's the attackers' faults.
Is the video legitimate? I question the validity of any politically motivated video on YouTube or from anywhere else on the internet... from the left or right... or really from anyone, for that matter...He shouldn't be attacked like that for his views. Even if they disagree. We're better than that.
No. The assaulted is an idiot that clearly can't respect that someone has a different opinion than they do. It's just like the morons that dropped people as friends over voting for Trump, as if that changes what their friendship has been to that point.
It's not his fault, but it's not a smart thing to do. You gotta be aware of your surroundings when you do stuff like that , because personal safety is your responsibility.
eh, be a racist if ya want but it comes with consequences 😂
He has made himself a target so it's not unexpected, however, the temptation well never justify the crime. Those that attack him are in the wrong and hold the entirety of the blame.
Does a girl ask to get raped? A thug asked to get arrested?
Look, stereotypes exist and sometimes horrible consequences come from that, but no... No one should be assaulted simply for what they wear. There really isn’t a option it is the attackers fault
no it's liberals Antifa and the democrats of that state's Fault

Isn;t this a slightly different version of "if a woman dresses provocatively and gets raped, is it partly her fault?"
No matter how matter his views, he should not be assaulted.
It's wrong to beat someone up for their choice of headgear. Seems America gets more like Nazi Germany every day. But that is Trump's policy; divide and rule.
