Meanwhile RolandCuthbert so deserves to be at the tender mercies of these "AntiFA" (ProComm) goons. Then again, he probably IS one of them, a ringleader at that.
@Curmudgeon Yeah, peaceful protesters are such a threat.
I live in a poor neighborhood and never had to leave my house one time to brandish my weapons. In fact at the height of the rioting I went out and talked down a group of folks who were really angry.
@RolandCuthbert Just because they are white doesn't mean their home should be looted or burned down like the BLM rioters have done in black neighborhoods already. Nor should racial slurs be used against them. I have predicted that it was only a matter of time until the BLM moved on from looting and burning down black neighborhoods. My neighbors well we have set up a community watch program and are all standing by cocked and locked to defend ourselves if the BLM or ANTIFA come for us. We can still see the smoke from the BLM riots and our local church & school is still is putting up refugees who have lost their homes due to THE BLM riots.
Funnily enough, the BLM protesters were primarily spurred on by white agitators leading the mob. Antifa officers leading BLM cannon fodder, most likely.
I'm on the side of the home owners, as the BLM were on a private street that they had no legal access to, though they both could do with some up to date weapons handling training especially the woman
It doesn't matter if they were peaceful (for the moment) in that very instance, because things can turn sour on the toss of a coin. They were right in defending their property.

They were completely in the right to come out with weapons. However, they clearly don't have firearm training, which is it's own problem.
Then also, they came out in defense of the protests -- basically they're euphemistically saying "please don't came back to burn my house down". Which is pathetic and if anything, it makes it more likely that the mob will take advantage of them.
Absolutely nothing wrong with what the homeowners did. “Peaceful protesters” don’t break into the property of other people and yell things threatening to kill them.
Honestly I think everyone in the situation is wrong. But I’m pissed off that the blm group did that cause their making the whole group look bad. We don’t claim them lol
thats exactly why the rest of the world no longer looks to the good old u s of a for guidance or leadership. instead we pity them and thats saying something because its the first time in American history thats happened
I think the "protesters" who decided to go down a private road should be arrested for criminal trespass, and the woman in the video should be arrested for brandishing.
Well, but it wasn't their ground, just a private road. And "stand your ground" doesn't apply across the property boundary. I can't tell from the video, but her gun handling is typical of hysterical know-nothings. She has her finger on the trigger, even though she does not intend to fire, only to threaten. And she approached them, brandishing. Her partner, up on the portico, holding his weapon in a safe position, is a better example of how to act.
The half of a private road that adjoins their property is generally within the survey boundary of a lot in a private subdivision. There is usually an access easement for other property owners that live in the community. Official public right-of-ways don’t exist in those sorts of communities thus why they are allowed to block the road with a gate. Thus walking on their side of the street would be within their property boundaries.
I haven’t looked up the plat map in the public records yet but there’s a better change than not that the rioters entered the curtilage of a homeowners property being that it’s a private road behind border fencing, thus they had a right to tell them to leave and defend their property. I wouldn’t say they had a right to shoot them dead yet, but them being threatened would allow them to point a weapon at the active threats to keep them at bay until the police arrive to arrest the group of criminals.
This was a gated community and a private road. The mob broke down the gate and hundreds of armed protester poured through. How would these people know what an armed mob was going to do to them?
Wait, with EVERYTHING that has been going on EVERY night in the US since George Floyd’s murder, if an armed mob broke through your gate and stormed onto your property, threatened to kill you, your spouse, and your dog... would YOU FEEL SAFE? Not six months ago, NOW! The same people burning and looting every night, surrounded your house! The guy is a civil rights attorney, he is currently suing the St. Louis police for violating the civil rights of his client! This is not a RACIST! That street they were “peacefully” walking on... BELONGS TO THAT COUPLE! It would be like people marching on your driveway and saying that they are NOT on YOUR property, even though they destroyed your iron gate to get on your private road! Because I would be terrified! And I hope MY father would protect me, my little brother, and my mom, as well as our home like this man did!
EXACTLY! And could you please explain to me why I seem to care more about THOSE black lives mattering, than BLM? Because I have not seen ONE protest by BLM to protest the senseless murder of young unarmed black men, by armed black men in Chicago! In 2018, the murder rate in the US was 4.9 per 100,000 people, but in South Chicago the murder rate was 24 per 100,000 people! FIVE times the national rate! (I just googled that it took < 30 seconds)!
@SarahNiemann A crowd of "peaceful protesters" just like that killed an ex-police captain there in St. Louis just a few short weeks ago. He was black too, but I guess black lives only matter if they're the kid of blacks who go out looting and robbing and throwing bricks and setting fires.

I don't give a fuck what your intentions are, if you are on my property or in my community that you should not be in.

@Bananaman177 Haha!!!
@Curmudgeon Yeah, peaceful protesters are such a threat.

@RolandCuthbert "peaceful protestors". Who smashed their way into a community. Keep pushing that Big Lie; I would expect no less of you.
@Curmudgeon Yeah, find that report about them smashing something. It was a weak ass attempt at intimidation.
Roland, check these out, hot off the presses:

@Bananaman177 yeah nothing says antiracism like masked privileged middle class white college kids dressed in black destroying black neighborhoods
An idea getting hijacked by those with dangerous and ulterior motives. Unfortunately this is nothing new.
I'm on the side of the home owners, as the BLM were on a private street that they had no legal access to, though they both could do with some up to date weapons handling training especially the woman

Homeowners chose to protect their land against violent white agitators. Completely support their decision to protect their kids.
Honestly I think everyone in the situation is wrong. But I’m pissed off that the blm group did that cause their making the whole group look bad. We don’t claim them lol
From a 'great' nation... I would expect some greatness (on all sides)
thats exactly why the rest of the world no longer looks to the good old u s of a for guidance or leadership. instead we pity them and thats saying something because its the first time in American history thats happened
I don’t see any threats. Just walking past on the street. Actually pointing weapons without cause is illegal and these people are prob in trouble.
Lame ass liberal. Breaking into property is a threat. Why dont you just bend over and lower your panties down when they come to you, pussy.
I think the "protesters" who decided to go down a private road should be arrested for criminal trespass, and the woman in the video should be arrested for brandishing.
I think stand your ground applies
Well, but it wasn't their ground, just a private road. And "stand your ground" doesn't apply across the property boundary. Just saw a picture of these two on twitter with the caption "Name this metal band." Top post was "Klan Halen" 😂😂😂
And this has what to do with the fact that people broke their gate and harassed them on their own property?
They didn't do anything with that fact in the post. It wasn't mentioned at all.
Those people knew what these mobs were capable of doing. I applaud them for defending their property and possibly even their lives.
No
They were going to the mayors house
Not these white peoples house
They came out, to "protect" themselves, from harmless protestors
Don't let the right wing media
FOOL YOU
So this law breaking mob were going to riot outside the mayor's House?
NO law breakers in that "mob"
And actually, the mayor broke the law
Face it dude, You, are a fucking retard
Huh, look at your MHO, proves im right
If that happened here, I'd have been within my rights to shoot to kill... And I would have...
Thanks for getting rid of her, i knew she was full of shit.
@american_centurionp Check this out.
www.dailywire.com/.../protesters-return-to-st-louis-home-where-owners-drew-guns-heckle-couple-from-outside-gates
Protesters to stupid to realize what peaceful is. Protesters to stupid to understand the right to protect their own home.
Lol this is exactly how I envisioned America. Pew pew pew.
'Threaten'? I believe you've used the term incorrectly here.
Post your address, I want to protest outside your house.

@SarahNiemann well said. Its sad that a young black man is safer in the US army in Afghanistan than growing up on the streets of Chicago.
