Novak Djokovic has not met those requirements, and was denied entry upon arrival. He is currently being detained while he waits to appeal the decision before the courts on Monday.
What do you think about this?
All views welcome.

Actually, the story is he filled out his visa application form wrong.
His vaccination status was not the problem, as he WAS given the medical exemption.
But it availed him nothing as he did not apply for the right visa and thus the border force was able to use it as a reason to refuse entry.
It's on appeal now for Monday, apparently. But the judge might grant the visa and refuse the medical exemption, leaving him in the same place.
No one really knows.
the only thing i ever agreed with scott morris on was he can't have one rule for one and a different rule for another... its all very unfortunate but it is what it is
I think it is wrong but he should have seen it coming. He should know how strict Australia is right now and he should be treated the same as anyone else that would be in this situation. There is a lot of gray area in this situation.
It's their rules, Novak Djokovic is just a regular person that is subjected to rules like anyone else.

Talk about denied the right to travel. No freedom in the world any more
Who cares the guy makes millions if its that important to him then get the shot or don't show up... he's going to do just fine either way.
It's a non issue to me. The right decision was made by the Australian gov't. The only reason some tried to bend the rules to begin with was because money at stake. Unfortunately money bends rules and laws.
They could just test him for it , or get vaccinated there maybe but where is he going to stay until then
It is not what we think. It is what the Australian government thinks.
If he knew the rules before going there. Then he shouldn’t be shedding tears!
It is what it is let him play
