For instance, Paris, why don't you realize that the supply chain problems are fundamental problems that are 1) planet-wide and 2) outside his authority to solve.

When we were looking for a contractor to finish a shower (which is still unfinished) , they said they couldn't come because they can't get the supplies. I told them that we all the supplies they'd need already on site, so they came up some other excuse not to come. sigh
I have heard of new home being built by me with tons of issues. Wiring not done right, hot water heaters not working. Even the breaker box is messed up. People have found trash in the walls.
Who is Sleepy Joe? I do know that prices have been going up again on building materials.
