This is a complex question, if both parties are at least 18(17 could be an exception if there is only a couple year age difference) I don't give a fuck if the woman is older, none of my business. The case like the one in the image, that I can't support, sex with a minor is a no no and makes the teacher a pedophile. These people who have issues with a woman being 3 years older then her husband I bet have no issues with a guy being 20 years older then his girlfriend/wife.
I think this may be a glass set of choices.
Consenting adults who are of legal age should be allowed to do what they want. If a 19 year old girl wants a relationship with a 52 year old guy, fine. And vice versa. And all sorts of age combinations. Legal and consenting. Weird to some? Sure. But let's not spend our time concerned about it.
As for pedophilia, we use that word too much and wrongly. It's not the 22 year old who's attracted to a 16 year old. Pedophilia is bad and illegal and should remain that way but let's not bandy the term about where it doesn't belong. Do I want a world where pedophilia doesn't exist? Sure. But we're human and it and hebephilia and ephebophilia do exist. We need to figure that out and work with them just like other diagnoses and -philias.
What do I want? I want an America and world where we're nice to each other. Not second guessing motives and attractions and judging each other.
If both parties are over the age of 18, maybe 20, I don't care. Yes, Florida has the romeo and juliet law which technically makes it ok for a 22 year old to be with a 16 year old and that's more of a grey territory BUT the Oklahoma's Romeo and Juliet DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY so the woman broke the law. She's an Ephebophile who technically raped the boy.
I would be against the case either way since men mature slower and especially this generation. I wouldn't trust a kid my age to date anything beside a literal rock. If it had been a older guy with a teen girl, I would trust it (STILL ephebophilia though, no exceptions on that part)

Honestly I don't understand this. I come from a very traditional country, my wife is a couple of years older than me, and nobody bats an eye.
Likewise my grandfather was 18 when he married my grandmother, who was 26. Nobody said anything although they urged them to have children ASAP.
