@lightbulb27 Israel is aiming for a war with Iran it cannot win (If Israel attacks, US support is not a given and Arab countries which stay on the side-lines now could openly challenge Israel instead; might even join the Axis of Resistance). Hezbollah, alone, has enough missiles and drones to completely level Israel; add Iran's weapon arsenal to it and Ansar Allah's (Houthis)... and Israel doesn't stand a chance. The IDF is no longer a highly trained, elite army. Israel's technological advancements do nothing against low-tech attacks (just look at the recent drone attack on Tel Aviv; or Iran's retaliation because Israel bombed the Iranian consulate in Damascus). The IDF cannot fight a conventional war.

Israel will activate the 'Samson Option' in the case of 'Arab' armies invading Israel. This means that Israel will nuke all hostile countries around it into the 'Stone age'.

@lightbulb27 I don't want to see Israel removed by means of war... because thousands, maybe even millions, of people will die (Israeli and Arab)... But Israel has to be removed from the region one way or another; and I mean the country... not the people themselves.

The only solution to the 'conflict' (it's not really a conflict; it's oppression... and the oppressed are fighting back against their oppressors) is a one-state solution. So some day the people who now identify as Palestinian and Israeli will have to live side by side in that new country. There will not be forced expulsion of Israelis. How would that even be possible? Where do all those Israelis go to? They have no other place to go to (some may be lucky and can migrate to the US or UK; since the 7th of October 500,000 Israelis have left the country), that land which is now called Israel is their home too. So the only solution is the gradual, peaceful dismantlement of the State of Israel.

But as I have said at the top of this comment, Israel is steering towards war... and once war starts, Israel can only be removed through warfare; that's why I said Mohammad Mokhber and Hassan Nasrallah can deal the best with the 'Israel-Hamas war'.

@lightbulb27 It may sounds odd to many people... But Iran is the more mature country at the moment; Iran does everything right... Iran even warned countries like Saudi Arabia and the US of it's retaliation on Israel upfront which enabled the US, UK, Jordan and Israel to prepare for the attack and shoot down many drones and missiles before they reached Israel. Iran sent a very clear, powerful message to Israel and the US.

It sent the message to Israel that despite the country being very patient and not retaliating every time Israel bombs targets in Syria (Israel also regularly bombs Northern Iraq), and line can and will be crossed and Iran is more than capable of overwhelming the 'Iron Dome' and strike targets in Israel.
But Iran also sent a message to the US that despite being enemies, Iran will do anything it can to keep the US informed and does its best to avert war.

The US is in a very awkward position now... The US is being lied to and deceived by its ally Israel, while its enemy Iran is open and truthful.

To come back on the one-state solution; Israel was never meant to be. Britain never promised the Zionists a Jewish STATE. The Balfour Declaration speaks about a 'Jewish Homeland'; that's a rather vague description and most certain does not mean a 'State'.

Due to the Arab revolt of 1936/ 1937, Britain finally drafted up a 'White Paper' outlining its intentions with the British Mandate of Palestine.

It's a short article, but I will list the 3 main points:

-Section I. The Constitution: It stated that with over 450,000 Jews having now settled in the mandate, the Balfour Declaration about "a national home for the Jewish people" had been met, and it also called for an independent Palestine to be established within 10 years and to be governed jointly by Arabs and Jews.

-Section II. Immigration: Jewish immigration to Palestine under the British Mandate was to be limited to 75,000 over the next five years and then would depend on Arab consent.

-Section III. Land: No restriction had been imposed on the transfer of land from Arabs to Jews, but the White Paper now stated:
The Reports of several expert Commissions have indicated that, owing to the natural growth of the Arab population and the steady sale in recent years of Arab land to Jews, there is now in certain areas no room for further transfers of Arab land, whilst in some other areas such transfers of land must be restricted if Arab cultivators are to maintain their existing standard of life and a considerable landless Arab population is not soon to be created. In these circumstances, the High Commissioner will be given general powers to prohibit and regulate transfers of land.

@lightbulb27 But Britain was weakened after World War 2; could no longer enforce the White Paper and Zionist Terrorist Groups were attacking British military targets (King David Hotel bombing Jerusalem 1946; one of the worst attacks on a British military target). Count Bernadotte, the special UN envoy, a World War 2 hero (saved many Jews from Concentration Camps), got murdered by Lehi... The issues got referred to the UN, and it was Harry Truman who forced the UN to accept Israel's independence.

How they ever feel secure other than having full control of what they deem their homeland... for they have no other homeland. That's the problem from WWII and before, people keep trying to kill them off... so they will kill anyone else first... that includes US Presidents, ahemm...
