He was quick to go after Penny but refused to go after Neely after all the crimes he committed which included 4 assaults on women in the subway. One woman got her eye socket shattered by Neely. Time for DA Bragg to lose his job.

Imagine you are confronted in subway by this violent criminal threatening to kill you. He's already assaulted 4 women, shattering 1 woman's eye socket, wouldn't you want a hero like Daniel Penny to step in?

He chose to threaten people on the subway. Nobody threatened him to do so, someone stepped in because the cops have been conditioned to not do their jobs anymore. So if not law abiding citizens, who then? And furthermore I don’t think ANYONE would want to live in a society where people can do whatever they want
