Biological sex, meaning the sex you were born as, can be determined by skeletons: the shape of the hips and the internal size of the pelvis ordinarily indicates the biological sex of people. There might be some variation, but it's usually pretty accurate.

It's not transphobic to state a biological truth. What is unrealistic is to deny the fact that a person was born one sex, even if they felt they were in the "wrong body," and felt they were psychologically and emotionally the opposite sex.

It's only "hate speech" if someone is saying something hateful. "Trans people are sick," "Trans people don't deserve to live," "Trans people are wrong..." THAT is hate speech that evinces hate and fear of trans people. Stating that a skeleton shows biological evidence or being one sex or the other is not.

Unfortunately if the table was turn it wouldn't be hate speech. And while I've seen a lot of people in US push back against the trans people online we should of been pushing back a lot sooner cause we could be in the same state Switzerland is in if we don't.

It is a provable fact that this can indeed be determined by the skeleton. I am sure there are medical books that state this clearly. Archeologists use this too of course to determine who is who.

Switzerland was the land of cold logic I thought. Now they are just as nutty as others I guess. The majority of people don’t believe this though, only their governments that are trying to force something that will never be believed in the longterm. The tide is already receding in the trans craziness. Soon we will be free of it. Already children are stating less and less that they are trans/gay/bi whatever.

As usual, you leave out the parts that don't support your ragebaiting. The guy was sentenced to a fine and hasn't paid that for three years. Because of that he now received ten days of jail for non-payment.

Long ago Switzerland passed a law preventing denigration or discrimination based on sex. Several decades ago it amended the law to include denigration or discrimination based on sexual orientation. Science has long backed the forensic differences in the bones of males and females. Once the law was amended, some idiots charged this guy with transphobia - discriminating against transgender people.. He never said anything against transgenders, he just pointed out the fact that the skeletons or different between men and women, and refused to say otherwise, so the Swiss courts found him guilty. The Swiss are not very bright.

His exact quote in a Facebook post in 2022 violated Swiss anti-discrimination law...

“If you dig up LGBTQI people after 200 years, you’ll only find men and women based on their skeletons. Everything else is a mental illness promoted through the curriculum,”

Calling LGBTQI a "mental illness" is what got him in trouble, not the skeleton comment, and he was fined 500 Swiss Francs (US$753). He appealed and refused to pay the fine. After 3 years of court cases, he is being jailed 10 days for failing to pay the fine, not for the comment.

Well it is pretty goddamned stupid and a denial of reality to suggest that skeletons are not different for male and females. Female skeletons have a bloody big hole in the pelvis for a baby to pass through of course.
