It doesn't matter, there is going to be unintended collateral damage in any war, and in this day and age, due to very advanced training and technology, it is far less than it has been in past wars.

Iran has killed 75,000 of its own citizens in the past 9 months alone, not to mention how many they've killed over the past 47 years. They routinely beat and rape and enslave and kill their women. Every single president since 1979 has said the United States has to take action to stop this; none of them ever did.

It's unfortunate a few hundred girls were killed by accident in this war, but for the greater good, there are going to be some inadvertent causalities; there is just no way to avoid it.
