Possibly but that's an oversimplification I think
Could it be more simple. Lebanon opens its boarders. Palestinians take over and turn the place into a war zone and 3rd world country. They tried the same thing in Jordan
And what about every other country with open borders?
That has to do with war, not open borders.
Who was Lebanon at war with when the immigrants they allowed in took over and bent the ethnic lebanese to their will?
