What are some romantic ideas for valentines day I can do for a girl I fancy?

We are going to a social appetizers bar near waterfront - mercantile social - but for after we will likely spend the evening/night together if we both chose. Any ideas I can surprise her with, or fun activities to enjoy together (likely at my place) like games, or romantic ideas I can surprise her with?

I did this down at the dock with my SO, she loved it. We took some blankets, snuggled on a two person Adirondack chair with some hot chocolate (brought a thermos with me) and watched the little lanterns float off into the starry sky.

Since its near the waterfront, why not just stay and take a stroll outside to watch the sunset/rise? And maybe throw in a stuffed animal and flowers. Keep it simple

Parted ways a year or two when I moved out toy own place. Just reached out to her recently as they broke up last year and I'm not close with the previous roommate anyway - but was close with her as friends
