Like I know I have a good personality but apperance will always matter and one thing I can’t seen to overcome is my poor self image I will always think that women won’t be able to see beyond my appearance to my personality and in that what value does the personality have if it’s never shown

I'm so sorry you feel that way. I can relate.
Unfortunately, even in relationships with a perfect match, you cannot be truly happy with someone UNTIL you learn to give yourself the same love, compassion, and see yourself in all those good ways, that someone else does!
Personality has a LOT of pull over physical appearance. Physical appearance is something you can work on if you feel the need to. You can lose / gain weight if you want to, you can try a new more flattering style, dress better, step up your hygiene game, try a new hairstyle, etc.
But an ugly personality is set. It will always be ugly, unless said person works tirelessly to change it.

Don't be so hard on yourself. We are given the life we have now, and it's not worth wasting it pittying ourselves, or critiquing every little thing we don't like about who we are.
Just bec WE don't like things about us, doesn't mean other people won't! The things you hate could very well be something someone loves about you one day.
Be kinder to yourself.
