Every year during Valentines week, my married female friend will invite me for lunch a few days before Valentine's Day, for a free meal that she pays for.
Today she invited me out for lunch but I had already eaten a 400 calorie lunch before she texted me. Should I have gone for food anyway?
Cause when I go to a sushi buffet, I usually consume at least 4000 calories for lunch. Then I skip 2 meals to justify the calorie over dose and my weight goes back to normal.
I learned this technique through my super skinny cousin who told me she maintains her weight by skipping meals after large feasting days and running to burn off fat.
I don't run or even jog but I can lower calories between meals.
