We hadn't talked in a while and out of the blue she texted me on a new number inviting me out to eat at a restaurant opened by one of my idols and I said yes, the fact that she remembers who I looked up to is crazy since I only mentioned it in passing

Part of me woulda been like "nah I'm good" just cuz things were off. But that place might slap though, and you gotta admire the effort on her part right? Plus who knows, catching up over food could lead to other fun later...
