Why do girls like athletes?

I like it when a guy I love gets physical -- it's manly and hot. Naturally, the physical part is easier when he has some muscle backing it up.

Plus, muscle-y bodies are visually interesting to look at, with all those extra hard lines and curves.

First of all, most athletes are muscular and really in shape, and that's just hot. But more importantly, it's really sexy when a guy has something that he's passionate about, like a sport. It shows drive and motivation in his life.
