Ok so here it goes, we were friends in high school, and after that we started hooking up. We have been hooking up for almost 2 years but about a year ago it changed, we started going on dates and doing other stuff. So now I'm really liking him and I don't know if he feels the same way. These are some of the things he does
I am usually the one to text him first but usually he will leave me IM's in the middle of the night so I have something from him when I check my messenger
When we talk its always for a pretty long time
When we go out he is always holding me
We watch the same movies together in each of our own houses and text each other little comments about it
He wants to go on trips with me and my friends
He tells me things about him and his family and he remembers everything we ever talk about no matter how small and this one time he told me that if doesn't remember something its because it doesn't really matter
This past weekend he went to prom wit his best friends little sister because she didn't have a date but it was also my little brothers and sisters prom. He went and hung out wit them and had my little sister take a picture if him and her together so she can send it to me. Its little things like that that make me think he is into me as more than FWB
There is more stuff but those are the main things.

Some people have told me that you just know if someone likes you but I fell like he does but the way we started makes me unsure.
You stopped being friends with benefits a year ago when you started going on dates. It sounds as if you two are already a couple and that he cares for you deeply. You are insecure because of your previous relationship with him had changed and you don't know where you stand. You need to have a talk with him about how you feel and its very likely things will end with a positive outcome. If by a small chance he has no feelings for you, you should stop seeing each other as you are becoming attached and will ultimately get hurt in the end.
