Honestly, why do the older guys always go for freshman girls?

Question

In my school ALL the older boys try to get with the freshmen. Why?

Is it because they're young and naive and they think they're "easy"? Or is it just a coincidence?

I'm asking because there is a boy (a junior) trying to get with me. He talks about sex a lot and he's always putting his arm around me and following me around like a puppy dog.

I need to know your opinion, please!

Why are you listing yourself as over 45?  Yes, I am sure they probably think that they stand an easier chance of getting sex with a freshman.  Just like guys think they stand an easier chance of having sex with older women.  So, this guy who follows you around and talks about sex a lot, he's up to no good.  A guy who wants to actually have you for a girlfriend would not risk losing you by offending you with a bunch of sex talk.  Maybe he is just a fool who doesn't know any better, but unless he asks you out for regular dates I wouldn't give him any encouragement.  Tell him you like him (if you do) but you don't appreciate all the sex talk and see what he does.  If he scrams, you will know he was just looking for sex.

You want to know the real reason. Because we can't f it up. It's girls who haven't experienced relationships so we can approach them like a cool guy they'll treat us like a cool guy. The truth is that if you're sure about  yourself age should not be a problem.

this is the first time I'm going to try to go out with a freshmen, the only reason why is because I think she is a generally awesome person.

added note:

for some odd reason sex has never been my priority in a relationship.

First, they go for the younger girls because they think they'll be: more innocent, more naive, easier to manipulate, more likely to be faithful.

Second, your profile says that ou're older than 45. WTF?
