Depends. I like things natural (meaning not phony)... but personally a little make-up is just as nice as no make-up.
But what really catches my attention is personality. Not looks. I might go "Hey she's kinda cute!" to myself at 1st... but after talking to her after a few minutes, it's what's coming out of her mouth & what's between her ears that keeps me interested.
But like I said... it's when she comes off as being more natural is when I find her to be more attractive.
When you look in the mirror, nothing should look powdery/creamy, everything should be smooth against your skin. Eyeliner should be right on your lash line, which is really hard. No clumpy mascara or too-bright colors.

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
We would go on a walk in a beautiful location. We would have a meaningful conversation, and have a picnic or dinner at a nice casual restaurant. We would then speed the atmosphere up and go to a club or do something entertaining (bowling, dancing, etc.). I would were something dress casual--khaki slacks, a nice button down shirt, etc. It would end with nothing too extraordinary. It depends?!
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
She will know my goals/ambitions, my likes, hobbies, etc. I would be open with her, unless it is too personal. She would know the date went. She would know that I am open and honest.
