Well before I go into the actual question, I'm gonna to tell you alittle about myself.I'm a pretty typical guy that wasn't very popular in middle school in even in high school for that matter.I was always to myself, and kinda chunky =/.Girlfriends were never a problem for me since I could befriend any girl I wanted but never actually get a girlfriend. Well college came along and I'v been having some success. Joining the college soccer team and getting a pretty nice crouch rocket, I had some eyes on me. This really doesn't make me happy since I'm attracting the wrong crowd.Now since you know alittle about me I'm going to finally ask my question. How can I find myself a nice girl in college when I'm attracting the wrong crowd. Ever since I joined college I went from (chunky,funny,shy,talkative)guy to(arrogant, over confident,cocky,jock).In which case I'm really not, I mean inside I'm the same guy right lol. I'm just having trouble getting girls to see that old side of me.Btw just being myself is really working either.
Well, if you're not getting interest the kind of girls you want, figure out why.
It's probably one of two things:
* If you're just not meeting them, try hanging out in different places.
* If you meet the right kind of girl but they don't like you, it's probably because you *have* changed. I'm totally different from how I was in high school. People do change as they age and find different situations. You even say you've changed, so even the "right kind" of girls aren't going to respond to you the same way they did before. If you don't like who you've become or how people see you, start taking steps to change your life.
Maybe find a hobby other than soccer, to create places for you to express other parts of yourself. Join a club, volunteer with a charity, etc. A college campus has hundreds of extracurricular activities, start trying them out until you find something you like (preferably co-ed!). The things you do will affect you and how people see you.
That's a great idea except, for the fact that I also have a full time job >.<. Maybe I'll just let faight takes it role for awhile and see what happens from there =/. But thanks again for the response. - A month ago
