I'd go for it, he's going out with you for a reason. If he doesn't want to kiss you then he wouldn't have asked you out. Start out slow though, don't scare him. And pick a nice secluded place to do it. make sure you haven't had any stong foods (garlic, onion ext) and don't use your teeth. Besides that go for it.
