How do I know if a stranger likes me?

Usually looking at you and smiling isn't enough to make you wanna jump up and ask somebody out but sometimes if it happens often she's kinda signaling you 2 make the first move because girls aren't so big on the 'first move' thing. we think it should b the guys job... no matter how juvenile it sounds... that if you are a girl you should feel like the guy will come up and tel you if he likes you.

If you think this stranger likes you then she probable does, you say she looks at you, in her mind she is probably saying (Dam I could just throw you against a wall and f*** your eyes out.)

You won't know until you have an interaction with her
generally, if you haven't talked to her really, then eye contact and always being around you are good signs. eye contact is always a good sign.
if you have talked to them, and they are friendly, then they might like you.
if you haven't, you probably should.

Go talk to them.
