I think that a unique personality is probably my biggest turn on. People who are interesting and exciting (and it doesn't matter how; happy, thoughtful, sexual, playful) really catch my attention. Being physically attractive is, of course, awesome, but it's personality that really seals the deal. It's the difference between thinking about someone after they've left versus just looking at them while they are there.
