Caught a girl's attention, just because I took a second glance, does it mean anything?

well I went to the library one day, and I was just sitting down and reading a book, and I noticed a guy was looking at me from two tables behind me, and I looked at him, and he turned away, so I continued reading, and then he looked at me again, so I smiled politely at him, and then he quickly turned away and acted like he was reading, but I saw that he blushed and I could see from the side of his face that he was smiling even after he turned around. it made me smile, because it was obvious that this guy liked me or something. So when this girl locked eyes with you, were her eyes friendly and warm, and did she smile when she turned away, or did you see any interest in her face when she looked at you? It could of been her curiousity that had her lock eyes with you. I mean you kept glancing at her, even though she didn't even know you, and you didn't have a reason to keep looking at her.

Locking eyes means something to me-when I lock eyes with a guy I feel this weird but good feeling and I tend to assume he's interested and if look at him then it means I'm interested so it sounds as if she likes what she sees.

I don't know ,do you talk to each other,or not yet? You should talk to her if you like her.
