i weigh 133pounds and I'm 5ft1 and my biggest problem area is my love handles and tummy ! especially my love handles! I want to get down to 119 pounds and lose the love handles and tummy how do I achieve this by august is it possible?

Oh yeah. Definitely. First things first. Eat healthy, don't just count carbs and skip meals, eat fruits vegetables balance your meals. Next you're going to have to get off the computer and exercise. Jog around your neighborhood, start doing crunches. You'll find that if you keep this up you'll not only look better but feel better. Remember there's no such things as miracle weight loss there's only Good Eating, Exercise, and Bulimia. (Don't listen to that last one)

Eat 5 small meals a day. Eat more protein, cut down on your carbs.

Doing cardio is the best way to get rid of your love handles. But don't do too much of it because your body will start to burn muscles instead of fat when it reaches a certain point. Sprinting, walking, sprinting walking (repeat) will help you get a sexy toned body with some weight training.

Ab rollers work amazingly! Medicine balls are great for abs too. Get a decline chair and get your partner to throw you the ball while you do your sit ups. Do 3 sets of 20. You'll most definitely feel it.

Answerer Running, walking, jogging... anything to keep your heart rate up and get your sweat going to burn fat. You can even do this while you lift weights. Give about a minute to rest your muscles in between each sets. This is going to be tough, but you can do this! Oh, try not to lock up your joints while you lift. And don't be worrying that lifting weights will make you big, it's not possible unless you take steroids.lol....

Answerer I forgot to mention this, the reason I'm telling you to do cardio is because it's impossible to lose fat on just one part of your body. Everybody has different ratio of fat that's spread out over their body. Some people more on one part than others. So, it would be impossible to lose just your love handles. But you can tone it up with weight lifting. That's why suggested weight lifting. ...just clearing that up. :) - 7 months ago

There are several ways to do this. My sister went through the same thing. She has a treadmill, so she would do that. Then crunches, jump rope, run steps, and push ups.
The push ups are obviously more for your upper body, so no need to do those. Also, eating healthy and not eating after 9 o'clock p.m. was another thing. Something about your metabolism slowing down after that or something. It works though, because several of my friends and family do this.
