I really want to go to an art school. I absolutely love photography, it's my passion. The problems are that art schools is very expensive (89,000) and the one I want to go to is in california, I live in ohio. I don't think that my parents will understand that this is what I really want to do. My friend has the same problem, her parents think it's a joke to go to art school and I think my parents will feel the same way. How should I tell them?

That this is what you want to pursue in your life! They have no choice then to deal with it. Hopefully they will back you in anything, but I do understand that not all parents understand. But you need to learn for your self and do what makes you happy! ;-)
