And really how can you tell from your life? Does your track record show it?

Reasonably and more than most. girlfriend's have commented I am smarter than them even though they have done college. Engineers are in the 130's and I have demonstrated it with innovative solutions in my field.

There is always going to be someone less smart and more smart than yourself so I don't think it means much.

What does matter is finding better solutions to problems and to fair degree that comes from rat like cunning and asking the right questions. Not convinced a higher IQ makes you more rat like.

People with high IQs can be quite indoctrinated and think dogmatically. The latter is OK when considering conservation of energy but in a lot of cases.

I have a Mensa level guy working for me and preferred the average guys for getting stuff done.

For the most part yes in some areas , but not entirely, I consider myself more wise than smart , mainly because of my life experiences and things I have witnessed through the years , which some people consider that to be smart as well. But to be honest I really don’t care , I just live my life the best way that I can and I admit I made some stupid decisions did some dumb ass things , but I also feel like I learned off of those stupid things as well.. I try to live life as positive as I can without dwelling on the negatives now much , even though my life now is dealing with a lot of negatives , I am still reaching for the positives , even though it’s been hard as heel to do lately , but so far I am not giving up , it just sucks

I think I’m pretty average tbh. I generally learn new skills easily and get frustrated when someone doesn’t understand a topic/skill the first time it is explained/demonstrated. I am questionable when it comes to a lot of things tho. I think most people think that they are smarter than they actually are.

I was top 10% of my graduating class at a big school. I got into a good university. I set my priorities straight and have specific goals that I have achieved.

I don't consider myself a meteoric success but much better than many I grew up with.

My IQ has tested consistently between 130 and 140. I completed by graduate education with honors. I am peer rated to be very competent in my profession. Most people look to me to assume leadership positions.

I don’t claim to be all that intelligent honestly… I’m sharp in some ways, more of a “creative”… very adaptable and detail-oriented. I’ll pick up new skills easily and reach a good degree of competency. My work experience includes working as a designer at automotive, aircraft, and industrial engineering companies… but I am also quite self-aware, and it is because of that, that I will tell you this… there is an AWFUL lot that I don’t know lol.

I have a pretty high iq. I learn skills really quickly, Im really good in chaotic environments where things change a lot and there's a lot of ambiguity.

But I dunno, intelligence to most people is arguably subjective so personally, I figure it's a waste of time to think about much.

Intelligent relative to who or what? Technical IQ or Social IQ? My track record shows a flexible morality and malleable values. But I'm not sure that has anything to do with intelligence. Maybe I'm just adaptable and unbothered by the rules society tries to impose on most people. Maybe I'm simply OK existing outside the normal moral constraints.
