ok, eat nothing but fruits and healthy food for the first 3-4 weeks, and eat the in small portions, yet at all times.
another words, every few minutes eat something small. after that period, you can add some, but not much carbs. same thing.
the reason y you do that is to keep ur metabilism up and fast, that's how you burn food.
the more you eat the more they work. weird huh? but you need to train them to work all the time. start off by eating something healthy and small every hour or so, mainly when you feel hungry. then speed up the prosses.
My two recommendations are: 1.) Going to the gym daily and using an exercise bike for 25 - 45 minutes and spending 15 - 20 minutes lifting small amounts of weight (curling: 5 - 8 lbs, rowing: 15 - 25 lbs, benching: 2.5 - 7.5 lbs per side plus the bar). I say small amounts of weight because the objective is to lose weight; not gain muscle. a) No guy will go for a girl with more muscle than he has b) Muscle fiber actually weighs MORE than fat tissue.
2.) While this diet is somewhat unhealthy and can reduce the strength of your immune system, I have seen what it can do for people who need / want to lose weight. I go to St. Louis Priory Catholic High School, and over the summer I saw two of the monks in the monastery and one teacher of mine lose tremendous amounts of weight (One monk lost 80 lbs, the other monk lost 110 lbs, and the teacher lost 115 lbs) The diet is called the Atkins diet. It consists of cutting out all, or almost all sources of carbohydrates. Carbohydrates come mainly from starch foods, including white bread, potatoes, corn, and most other vegetables. You would reduce your carb intake to 20 grams a day. Outlawed foods and drinks include: alcohol, caffeine, refined grain, added sugars, and various other high carb foods. Most of the allowed foods are proteins and fats.
If you are still thinking of a diet, but don't quite know which one to use, I would recommend going to a site called "weightlosstest.org". The site will give you its recommendation of a diet that it thinks is fitting to your wants / needs based on a form you will fill out.
You're already beautiful.I don't think it has anything to do with finding a boyfriend. There are guys I know who are good looking who love big girls. I also believe that you can eat anything you want just in moderation. You don't need to cut out all fast foods entirely or all ice cream or sweet foods. When I lost weight before anorexia hit me, I exercized every other day and burned close to 400 calories. I ate whatever I wanted and I still lost weight. So honestly, it's all about portion size and moderation. You can still eat anything whatever you want just not everyday. Whenever I felt like I wanted to eat something sweet or fattening I did anyway and nothing happened.no weight gain at all. As for exercizing.I would do cardio for a half hour every other day to lose weight slowly. I lost weight quickly because I burned calories like crazy and I kind of regret losing weight fast. But it's all up to you.
Something else that can help is to drink water with lemon and lime juice or just lemon juice. Get some club soda and squeeze some lime juice in it.tastes like a natural cocktail drink or something haha. Water with lemon flushes out water retention, its good for the skin and it just helps with weight loss. Anyway, goodluck! And remember that you are beautiful no matter what.
Portion control works for me. I just started to watch how skinny girls eat. I'm not talking about stick thin I'm talking about healthy skinny. They ate whatever they wanted they just didn't eat a whole lot of it. It is hard at first but the longer you control your portions the less hungry you will feel. For example if I want a cookie I will have one or two instead of six or seven. If you feel hungry try having water with lemon. I like lots of lemon but I like sour. The flavored water distracts me from whatever I was craving. Make sure you are drinking lots of water because often times your brain tells you that you are hungry if you need more water. They key is to keep eating, just not too much. Don't count calories because that will be a temporary diet and not anything that will work for the long term. Where I work there is always junk around to eat so I make sure to keep gum on hand. Chewing gum is a good way to avoid mindless snacking. Good luck honey I know how frustrating it can be. Just be sure to love what you got cause it is all you have to work with.
Well, I would just say to eat healthier. You can still have junk food, just limit it. It is too hard just cutting everything off all at once. Eat your veggies. It fills you up and it doesn't have as many calories either. But I have to say this. . . just because you lose weight doesn't mean you are going to feel 100% about yourself yet. I lost quite a bit of weight. 60lbs. I felt so terrible about myself. I felt huge. Anyways, I basically didn't eat anything and I still didn't feel good about myself. What I am trying to say is that although you may lose weight, you have to change the way that you think. Because you may have a smaller body, but you will still think you look fat. I still have problems dressing up in tighter clothes. You have to love yourself afterwards!
You can always join a weight loss program or get a registered dietitian and personal trainer. OR. Well, as a start try to limit your calories to about 1500-2000 calories a day. DO NOT go below 1200 or your metabolism will start to slow down and start storing all the food it gets. Try to limit you fat, sugar and salt intake. Also, try to hit the gym about 3-5 times a week for 30-60 minutes. The longer you go, the faster results you will get. Try to stay away from thermogenics because they tend to ruin your metabolism from too much usage, and your body will get used to them. I really hope this helps you on your journey!

I agree with the above. You've totally been tolerant and patient and loving with this guy. You should move on and find a guy who will actually appreciate how great you are!
