Acne... ?
should I be acting this way, do girls care about acne much?
Well, some people get them later.
I always enjoyed being 12 and not having any acne. The problem is, I've paid for it y having bad acne later as an adult.
I started going to the dermatologist, and I do ok on the face. I think you can sometimes get zits where you have a lot of hair. I have it on my legs. I get quite a few on my chin (though not as much lately). A few years ago, I had a LOT of problems with my acne on my forehead. I think partially it was the sweat, partially it was the hair. New haircut, it cut down.
I'm on two different medications, and have been going to a dermatologist since I was about 20.
You might consider shaving where you have pimples (if on the face), followed by trying to keep that skin clean and cutting down on the grime, dirt, and sweat people don't notice.
Cut down on the caffein and salty snacks. I've found this helps a tiny bit, though I admit I still love my caffeine.
Following that, and if you can afford it, go to a dermatologist. They might be able to prescribe something to help fight it, but you have to be PROACTIVE about it. Eh? Proactive? Funny? no? never mind then.
I actually take a prescribed medicine similar to most of the ingredients in Proactive. As I am told, it's a less potent version of what I have so that you don't need special prescriptions; essentially a little more than over the counter is the basic idea of what my dermatologist told me.
some stupid chicks might be turned off by it.but they are stupid, because 95% of all guys (and even girls) get acne.the girls you don't see because they dump makeup on their face.
if its really bad acne, don't even worry about it.time will pass
I feel your pain! (and I'm sure everyone else around our age can absolutely relate.)
But you seriously shouldn't even let a problem like this phase you. Especially one so unimportant. I mean, it would be one thing if it was some weird contagious, flesh-eating rash on your face, but I don't think a few pimples ever hurt anyone, lol.
I definitely understand the fact that you would be self-conscious about it, because I get the same way when my face is dumb and decides to develop blemishes. But I rarely, if ever, pay any attention to anyone elses acne. On other people it doesn't gross me out one bit. In fact, a lot of the guys who I think are extremely attractive suffer some sort of acne.
Coming from a girls point of view, don't let an insignificant thing like this negatively affect you or your social life. It's not worth it because no one is going to care. And on a more personal note, from what I can see in your picture you are a good-looking person, and a breakout wouldn't detract from that at all.
if your really that worried about it (which there really is no need to be) go to a dermatologist. I used to have like horrible acne and now its almost all gone. and they try differnt things till it works and half the stuff that they give you they will give you free prescriptions and its amazing!

There is no reason to put your social life on hold due to any acne.
majority of individuals understand because they or someone they know go through it at sometime in their life whether it is mild or really bad.
Good friends/ associates would not knock you for something that you have no control over.
No worries. As you get older your hormones will change and you won't get breakouts as often. Everyone gets them and it will go away, but you shouldnt cut out your social life because of a few pimples. Friends don't care what you look like, and girls shouldnt either. Don't worry about it bud, it will go away soon. Just remember, you make yourself, and the way others judge you shouldnt have any effect on your life.
not really, everybody gets acne. sometimes it can be embarassing but it goes away. you shouldn't avaoid your friends because of a few blemishes. odds are they get acne too.
No you don't but try to use clean and clear
