Ok I have sort of bad skin but I'm not like proactive commercial skin. I was just wondering if that is a turn-off or if you even notice.

As long as you aren't overweight or ugly, it shouldn't be a problem.

lildessie3 Omg how about you don't answer these type of questions because that was a little harsh - More than a year ago
kurkjianb Ya, I agree, really harsh, what are you like amazingly gorgeous? - More than a year ago
Answerer It's not harsh, it's reality. A guy is MUCH more likely to consider dating a girl with acne if she's of a normal weight. Acne by itself isn't a complete turn off, but if it's coupled with things that are, like obesity and ugliness, then it just adds to the problem. - More than a year ago

Lots of teenagers have acne. I used to be a proactiv commercial but it all cleared up by the time I was about 20.

My guess is you're more worried about your acne than anyone else is -- do you always notice when people have a bit of acne? Probably not: it's simply one part of them.

Personally I wouldn't mind as long as it's not like covering their face. I had kinda bad skin before but that didn't affect my dating life.

Lots of people have acne issues, even into their 30's and 40's. I have a really bad area around my jawline, mainly because of the build-up from my make-up in that area. It's never really caused any problems for me dating, though. Everyone has been there, everyone faces it sometimes, and most will understand that.
