Im not sure if proactive has any products like that- but I've had some great results with acne and stress marks from working out. Maybe they make something for that too - if not suggest it to them.

I am a big fan of doing things the old fashion way... eat right, drink lots of water- no soda etc.. then go jogging till you reach BFE - then turn around and repeat... The only time I take a break is when my MP3 player gets unplugged. then I plug it back in and continue.

Hope it helps,

Oh on the face try ordering papaya soap form Avon (its known papaya is really good for the face, I use it and it works really good ...I use to try acne products but they did no good the papaya soap is so much better)lets see on toneing your body I normally go to the gym,do individual workouts(push ups, setups, ect),try to have a balance of all food groups, lower the intake of sweets/energy drinks ect.and try to stay away from greasy foods(what I do in the mornings if my gonna get sausage or bacon I take napkins and squeeze all the grease out the best I can before eating it.)

I do yoga and hula hooping. I've also done jogging and weightlifting. Weight lifting is good, not just for men, but for women as well. Not only does it help build lean muscle mass, but it also prevents osteoporosis (because it is a weight-bearing resistance exercise). Pilates is GREAT for toning muscle. Swimming and yoga will probably train the most muscles in your body.

There are creams that claim to help tighten tissues that suffer from cellulite. This is probably your best bet (though I have never found one that really works - not alone any way).

Drink plenty of water, eat foods high in fiber (not too exceed about 25-30 grams a day), lots of fruits and veggies, reduce your salt intake. Get an account with fitday.com, record your food intake on mypyramid.gov (to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need)... and you are off to the races.

:) good luck!
