Ladies can you tell if a guy is going commando?

1)Does it depend on what he's wearing?

2)Do you care if he is? dislike/like/don't care

3)Is it less obvious if he's uncircumcised?

4)If it does matter what a guy wears when he's going commando then what should he wear and for what reason?

5)Please feel free to point out anything I haven't asked.
