Do guys notice split ends?

It depends how bad it is. I think a good lot of guys don't know or care what they are, the concept is pretty foreign if you've always had short hair. Short hair is impossibly easy to take care of, you can do whatever you want and it's usually ok.

If it's damaged enough, even if he doesn't know what split ends are, he's still going to notice. He just might say it differently or possibly even not even realize that the thing that looks "off" or whatever is the hair.

A few here and there shouldn't be a problem, I think. It's just if your hair is obviously damaged or taken care of not so well or all dried out or over processed something, he might think it looks "bad" and might not be able to say why.

Wouldn't notice - and yes cause I don't know (care) what they are I've even seen ads on tv talk about them and I still have no clue can't be that bad

I guess judging from the answer's they don't.  When I get splits, I literally will not talk to guys or flirt until I get them cut.  I have a problem lol. But I guess guys don't notice things like that, as long as your hair looks generally good.

they don't rly care about their gf's hair tbh, I ask  my bf-  "do you think I should get high-lights?" "Dunno." they aren't very  interested. =P. Don't worry bout it =D

ha I don't even try and find them, plus I just found out what they were. if your hair starts looking bad then that means it is time for a hair cutt.

I probably wouldn't notice them unless they were very noticeable.  My girlfriend talks about them now and then, so I do take notice now and then, but otherwise I really don't.
