Do guys even notice earrings?

I'm almost 19, and I've never had my ears pierced! I was thinking about it...i just don't want to look goth or ghetto lol.

What do you guys think? Should I just get them pierced?

I got my ears pierced when I was 15, and I still don't see the point haha. I always wear the same studs, so I figured they didn't make a difference. But I realized a few weeks ago after I lost them that even though they're just studs and my hair covers them most of the time, they add a bit of sparkle that was noticeably missing when I didn't have them. So, they do add something, whether guys notice or not.

Either way, you can just get your ears pierced and see how you feel about it. If you don't like them, you can just take the earrings out.

I'd recommend getting them pierced, if you feel ready :)

I didn't get mine pierced till I was 15. I know it seems like a traumatic and drastic thing, but just remember, you can always grow them back in if you prefer them unpierced! (this works only for lobes though)

go ahead and do it!

  No it's not gross...you just stop wearing earrings reguarly and you don't have a hole any more! my sister did that after she decided she didn't want hers (I think it took about a month). You usually have to keep your piercing studs in for like a month, depending on how fast you heal. it really doesn't hurt btw

So all the girls that have their ears pierced look goth or ghetto? Lol I disagree. You obvs don't want them done so don't bother.

  No, I think they might look goth or ghetto on me personally. I mean it depends on the earrings. Most girls who wear them look amazing, but since I've never had my ears pierced, I probably wouldn't know which kinds of earrings to choose to look normal hahaha. :)

  Loll I always think huge hoops look ghetto lol. You could just have simple studs for everyday use and then just get some hot dangly earrings for when you go out.

Yes, earrings highlight the neck, which is hottt!

I doubt you will look goth or ghetto, it takes more than earrings to accomplish that.

But in the end it all comes down to if it works for you or not. Don't be pressured.

I notice earings. I have them too so... I think it is odd if a girl doesn't have her ears pierced, but there is no rule that says you have to.

in don't think you should...i mean I got mine pieced but I did not like it...and I am 16 so yea. I look good even without sparkly ears... to me that is just weird. but if you want to, who am I to talk you out of it?

I would do it. If yu don't like it then the holes will grow back, you honeslty have nothing to lose.

I don't think it matters either way, but sometimes guys to compliment the earrings I'm wearing. So if you want it then yeah go for it.

you wont! lol..i love mine because it makes my face look different..if I wear big ones, it makes my face look longer (its pretty square), so I like em..but I doubt most guys would notice, lol
