I honestly don't know what you mean? Like you guys get off on knowing how bad one or the other has to "go"? I had to google this. It is at first, but infections in the bladder do happen, as well as the entire urinary tract, from the kidneys to the urethra. It hurts really bad and you have to go to the bathroom frequently... At least you get the sensation of having to go. You also can't hold it much, when you have to go you have to go, you either you pee yourself, get to a bathroom asap, or risk causing more damage by holding it too long.
