Why did she liked and then unliked my photo on Instagram?

I met this girl online and we've been talking all the time and everyday. She looks intrested and even starts conversation first. We've been talking for one month now and some weeks ago we also made a plan to meet but due to some reason she cancelled it. So today when i posted a picture on instagram she liked it and then unliked it. Why she did this?

She likes you, which made her stalk you often. Today, she taps the like button on your photo by accident. Realizing this, she immediately tried to undo what she had done, by unliking your picture.

Maybe she accidentally liked it, happens to me all the time, scrolling through my feed and then I suddenly like something by accident.
