Sure, your mother understands you're a busy person these days. She gets that it's hard for you to make time. She will always love you and support you, even when she's giving you a dirty look. But it's easy to sort of gloss over Mother's Day because there's not a lot of pomp and circumstance surrounding it, right? It's impossible to ignore or forget about Christmas but Mother's Day just sorta sneaks up on you.

You just can't let it slip by with an obligatory phone call in the late afternoon or, God forbid, a text or emoji. This requires your personal attention, and don't ever forget it.
