We see this question all the time on GaG: "Did I cheat if...?"

Well, while there'd be no way address each scenario, we figured we'd offer 8 funny/questionable situations where cheating may be in question. Really, the point of this video is that most times it SHOULD be obvious because frankly, cheating typically isn't hard to determine. There is always a gray area, though, and that can get people in trouble...

I'm going to have to disagree on some points.
7. Flirtatious texts and "dirty selfies?" I would call that cheating. Flirtation is the signal of wanting something more. That being said, I would say there is a gray zone depending on if the flirting was completely serious or obviously fake/jokingly. If it is something done in private that you'd hide away from your SO in fear of them catching you in the act, chances are it is is cheating emotionally.
As for dirty selfies (i. e. to your boss), I can't see how that isn't cheating. If you are to the point of sending sexy selfies, that is pretty clearly intentional flirting. Adding a physical element now makes it even more cheating. If I had a girlfriend and heard she was sending dirty selfies to people, I can say I'd be pretty hurt from that. That's cheating unless you were in a very open relationship that was ok with that kind of stuff.

Other things are in gray zones, like what @popsickle said. These gray zone situations (porn / strip clubs) should be discussed on a partner to partner situation. I don't think one can draw a line on it and say "not cheating" or "cheating" because it really varies by relationship and their rules.

As for hanging out with the opposite sex, I would personally find it alright if an SO of mine did that (since I believe that is a part of trusting the other in a relationship). That being said, I would hope they'd give me an indication that they were doing so or that they wouldn't hide it at the very least. It shouldn't be a secret outting. Again, it is kind of a gray zone so it varies from relationship to relationship.

Yeah I totally disagree on this in a few areas. Looking can be cheating. Going to a strip club? That's cheating in my book. Putting yourself in a situation to be kissed? Most likely cheating. Going on "dates" with other guys = cheating. Sending nudes and flirtatious texts and messages? Cheating.
According to this video you can basically do anything except have sex with someone else and it isn't cheating. Kind of laughable actually.

I think there are some blatant obvious examples of cheating and then gray area that should be talked about between partners. I don't completely agree with that list because I think something like porn or strippers or hanging out alone with the opposite sex can be considered gray area. Some partners may be totally cool with it, and some may not. It's monogamy, you've gotta be willing to talk about it and compromise some or else pursue something other than monogamy.

I have to agree. A break means they are temporarily not together, but might decide to get back together eventually. If they are not together they are free to date. Lots of couples see other people while on a break, to test if they still want to be together or not. Unless they are clear about the rules of the break, it shouldn't be surprising that someone would sleep with someone else. You can't just say "We are on break" and not even tell the person what is expected of them, or how long they are suppose to wait, before giving up on you, and expect them to do what you want them to do.
