Is that a friend-zone word or something?
If a girl says "Thats so sweet of you" are you friend-zoned?
Is that a friend-zone word or something?
Someone just asked the same question a few weeks ago.
(1) No.
(2) It depends on the context of how she said it.
(3) I've actually said it to a guy IN BED -- hence, NOT friend-zoned.
(4) People have said it to me in a dismissive sort of tone, like they're patting a person on the head.
No, not at all! From that statement alone, you cannot tell whether or not you are friend zoned. Girls will say this about a lot of people in a variety of situations. Just keep talking with her and see where things go. But we can't tell you if she's into you or not just based on this one sentence.
No, it definitely is not. When someone complements me, I always respond by saying "Thanks! That's sweet of you! I appreciate that.' It could mean anything.
but it will never mean to permanently friend-zone someone right?
It'd rather mean the opposite yes :)
confused :P it means the opposite means?
Haha the opposite of friend-zone is non-friend-zone, meaning that she might be into you! I'm not implying that she actually likes you, but this comment does indicate that it's more likely that she likes you rather than considers you as a regular friend.
Nah friend zone is more like when you lean in for a kiss and she back off and says ewww your like a brother to me... That's when you know your in friend zoned lol
No its not.
That guy just has to make sure he is being assertive inba masculine way with her. A manly guy that is sweet to her, is every girl's dream

No saying that it is sweet of you is just a way of
.. showing gratitude. And I would actually say that it leans more towards the opposite of friendzoning.
Maybe it's just how the phrase translates in my language but to me this is something people probably wouldn't say to someone they try to frienzone... then they would probably just say "aw thank you" or "how NICE of you". But adding "sweet" makes it more "cute" and will sound like they like you... or they are an old woman that thinks you are a cute young boy...
Typically if she's using words like "dude, bro, friend" etc..she's not in to you.
no she didn't use any of those words
Then you're probably good, HOWEVER, this is only a guideline...you never know what some women use while others don't
Not necessarily. I call my boyfriend sweet all the time.
what makes you think that way?
i don't see the connection to being friend-zoned.
I will call a guy sweet if I like him :-)
Not really.
It might be the exact opposite.
You can forget about it the only real Galatasaray
what do you mean?
