Why are korean beauty products better than American products?

Idk..I mean they're more attentive to skin care therefore all their products work better. They're probably "healthier" because they use more natural ingredients which work to make the product more effective. On one beauty Korean show, they brought out more skin products that had a lot of ingredients like ginseng and herbs. There are tons of steps which require products that are about 12 years more developed that the ones in America. They're all about that whole "natural" look so their BB and CC creams are used instead of foundation which seem to damage the skin.
