just put her under a little pressure due to bad experiences in the past. I was just a little worried about losing her and it looks like because of that, I've done just that. :(

Cook her dinner, all on your own. Tell her to dress up in the nicest dress she has. Decorate your back yard or patio with white Christmas lights. Decorate the table with candles and set the table like a fancy restaurant would. Server her her favorite dish. My boyfriend has done terriyaki grilled steak with a corn salad (corn cut right off the cob, not cooked. chopped tomatoes, and chives, olive oil and a little vinegar, salt, and pepper) Simple but addicting. Or get lobster tails from Costco (they're pretty cheap considering its lobster). Work dinner according to her taste. Then do chocolate strawberries or her favorite dessert. Serve wine or her favorite drink (not to get drunk, just enough to make it elegant). Or serve Martinellis (which is a sparkling cider). Pull out the chair for her, open the door for her, serve her dinner etc. Go old school, treat her like a woman. You can have some romantic music playing quietly during dinner and then when you feel like, turn up the volume and play some songs that remind you of her and ask her to dance. Preferably do all this in the evening so it is under the stars and with the beautiful lights. This won't break your budget and it's romantic. Though one date won't change everything. Don't forget that if you want to keep her you have to remember to keep up the old school treatment. That doesn't mean stuff like this all the time, but just remember pulling out the chair for her and opening doors for her shows her that you really care. I don't know what happened between you two, but I hope this is helpful. This is something that I would fall head over heels for, but it all depends on the personality, you make the call. Good luck!
