If you look better lying down and looking up, is it gravity pulling back your facial fat?

If you look best when lying down and looking up and worse when you're looking down, does that mean it's to do with fat and gravity?

When you lie down, your face fat is pulled back, so you look better and when you're looking down, it's pulled forewards?

I'm not overweight. I'm a healthy BMI, but in the higher end of the range, so am trying to lose weight, but I'm hoping that doing so will also make my face look a lot better.

Thank you in advance.
